Casting Defects: How Are They Treated

Depending on the nature of the defect, we will treat irregularities in our castings differently. Preventative measures are always better than curative measures.

We have a dedicated,on-site laboratory at Haozhifeng that ensures the highest quality metallurgical properties in our castings. Consequently, defects are less likely to occur.

The mechanical processes we use, the compositions of our sand, and the alloys we use are continuously monitored. Our inefficiencies have been abandoned and the yields and metallurgical properties of our castings have improved dramatically as a result.
